A big thank you to all the delegates who joined us for a day dedicated to customer insight.

The event was hosted the TLF Research, with guest speakers from Plastribution, Co-op Insurance and guest keynote speaker Raquel Perez Nolla.

Who attended?

Over 60 delegates attended the Conference at the venue in London’s iconic County Hall. We had delegates across a wide range of sectors, from Financial Services, Manufacturing and Construction, to Housing, Public Sector and Charities. There was a fantastic mix of delegate job functions, roles and responsibilties at the event, these included Customer Insight, Services, CX, Marketing and Research. We hope this led to some interesting networking!

The client case studies were also very well received and the delegates left with plenty of ideas to help make their own research make an impact.
